		<description>it works great until you install windows XP SP3. if you are going to install SP3, go to CounterSpy&#039;s website to read how to get the newest version that is compatible with SP3. if you install SP3 while a non-current version of CounterSpy is installed. CounterSpy may stop working completely. it took me a while to get it all figured out. i didn&#039;t do things in the right order and had to download a program that completely uninstalled the old version. then i did a clean install with of the new version i got from CounterSpy&#039;s website.</description>
